Yes you can! If you have multiple accounts with us, you can have one online account that will allow you to access all your accounts. This article will explain what information we need to do this for you.
Before contacting us, please locate your account number for each of the accounts you wish to be merged.
You can find your account number on any email from us or at the top of your monthly statements.
Please note, if you are not the primary account holder for any of the accounts you wish to merge, we will need written confirmation from the primary account holder for that account.
Once you have identified all necessary account numbers, please get in contact by either calling us on 0330 111 50 50 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org, confirming that you’d like to merge your accounts.
