When your contract is due to end with us, we will always get in touch with you at least 6 weeks beforehand to offer you the best So Energy tariff we have available at that time. It’s up to you what you choose to do. If you choose to stay and renew, your new So Energy terms and rates will kick in the day after your current energy tariff ends.
If you decide to shop around, when your current contract ends, you’ll automatically be moved on to our So Flex tariff until you decide what to do next. Please keep in mind that these rates are likely to be higher than what you are currently paying, this means that your monthly bill amount will increase too.
