As part of being a So Energy customer, we are committed to offering you the best possible service, all while ensuring you are in the know when it comes to your energy usage. That's why we have enlisted the support of The Consumer Helpline (TCH), who are there to assist you throughout our smart metering journey.
If you are receiving emails from us regarding smart meters, there is a strong possibility that you will also receive a phone call. Don't worry, if you no longer wish to receive calls from us, the advisor that you speak with will make sure that this information is captured to prevent any further contact.

We have done our upmost to ensure that So Energy's culture and values are lived through all interactions with TCH. However, if you feel that the level of service you have received during a phone call is less than you would expect, we want to hear about it.
